Refund policy

 

AS OF DEC 24, 2023 WE NOT LONGER DO ANY TYPE OF REFUND OR EXCHANGE- THIS POLICY IS IN FULL EFFECT.  AS A SMALL BUSINESS, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF TOO MANY TIMES.  IT IS UP TO YOU AS THE BUYER TO PICK THE CORRECT SIZING- THESE ARE UNISEX SIZING UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.  WE ABSOLUTELY WILL STICK TO THIS.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not do exchanges based on you choosing the wrong size, you simply not liking the way it fits (it is name brand tees we use and simply print on-  a crop being too short, after all it is in fact a crop top.  With our items having a TAT and being mostly made to order, the same TAT would apply to any exchanged item upon receipt of it back into our possession.

SHIPPING-Once an item is shipped, and your tracking number is issued, your package is out of our hands and in control of USPS, we only use USPS for our shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen/damaged packages.  it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local post office should this instance arise.
